Abstract
Zoophilia is a paraphilia involving sexual interest in animals. Zoophilic abuse in children and adolescents is infrequent and often overlooked. This paper reports a 15-year-old girl who developed sexual fantasies about animals, resulting in the abuse of a rabbit. Her psychiatric evaluation and treatment are described. Although rarely reported, this appears to be the first documented case involving a 15-year-old girl. The study discusses forensic evaluation and multidisciplinary treatment approaches for paraphilic abuse in youth, supported by a literature review. This case provides a valuable contribution to understanding and managing such rare presentations.
