Abstract
This paper proposes a new application of digital holography to detect the crack on the surface of glass. A crack on the glass surface has been detected by recording the sound wave experimentally in digital holography. Firstly sound wave holograms are recorded by passing the sound wave through the smooth glass surface.,After that sound holograms for the glass surface with crack are performed. The detection of crack on glass surface is determined by using their corresponding frequency spectrums for both situations.
