Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic, inflammatory disease of unknown etiology that is characterized by noncaseating granulomas. Approximately, one-third of the patients with systemic sarcoidosis are observed cutaneous manifestations of different morphologies. Skin sarcoidosis have extremely heterogeneous clinical picture, so it is defined as "The Great Imitator" or "clinical chameleon".
